Logging In

Finch Fusion uses secure authentication to protect your research and documents. This guide explains how to access your account.

Accessing the Platform

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to your organization’s Finch Fusion URL
  2. You’ll see the login page with authentication options

Authentication Process

Finch Fusion uses enterprise-grade authentication through your organization’s identity provider.

Standard Login

  1. Click the Sign In button on the landing page
  2. You’ll be redirected to the authentication page
  3. Enter your organization email and password
  4. Complete any additional verification steps if required (such as two-factor authentication)
  5. After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected to the main application
Your organization may use Single Sign-On (SSO), which allows you to log in using your existing corporate credentials.

After Logging In

Once authenticated, you’ll land on the main workspace where you can:
  • View your existing projects in the sidebar
  • Create new projects
  • Access shared projects from your team

Session Management

  • Your session remains active while you’re using the application
  • After a period of inactivity, you may need to re-authenticate for security
  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner to sign out manually

First-Time Users

If this is your first time accessing Finch Fusion:
  1. A welcome tutorial will guide you through the interface
  2. You can skip or revisit this tutorial at any time from the Settings menu
  3. Your organization administrator may have set up initial projects for you

Troubleshooting

Contact your organization’s IT administrator to verify your account is active and has the correct permissions.
Try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then attempt to log in again. Ensure you’re using a supported browser.
Use the password reset option on the login page, or contact your organization’s IT support for assistance.
